This whole process was during covid, so they had to pause as uncertainties were up in the air. The Interview process was casual as their HR is very easy to talk to. With some form of hesitation, I applied to a company that is mostly franchised. Working for corporate America has taught me somethings, but it was more of a dog eat dog world. I have been with The Spice & Tea Exchange coming up on a year. ![]()
